Overview & Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TravellerPass platform, including mobile applications, websites, memberships, offers, and bookings.
By accessing or using TravellerPass, purchasing a membership, or making a booking (including experiences under Discover), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
TravellerPass LLC (“TravellerPass”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Eligibility, Accounts & Usage
ou must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use TravellerPass. Users under 18 may not register or transact.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. TravellerPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws. TravellerPass does not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Services, Offers & Bookings
TravellerPass provides access to membership-based lifestyle offers and bookings for experiences, attractions, and activities under the Discover categories.
All offers and bookings are subject to availability and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. TravellerPass does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or completeness of any listing.
Certain services may be subject to additional conditions specific to the offer or booking. Removal or unavailability of any offer or experience does not qualify for a refund.
Bookings and services may be delivered subject to applicable operational conditions, and TravellerPass does not control all aspects of service delivery.
Payments, Security & Refunds
All payments, including memberships and bookings, are processed through secure third-party payment gateways and Apple iAP system. TravellerPass does not store full card details, and all payment data is encrypted during transmission in accordance with industry standards.
Membership subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Once activated, subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the active cycle.
Bookings are charged at the time of confirmation.
TravellerPass reserves the right to cancel or refuse transactions in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or pricing errors.
Refund requests for memberships are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved as full or pro-rated refunds depending on usage and circumstances.
Bookings are subject to applicable cancellation and refund conditions, which may vary. Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable. Refunds are not applicable in cases of no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to comply with booking conditions.
Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Liability, Disclaimers & Indemnity
TravellerPass provides access to offers and bookings on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravellerPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
TravellerPass’s total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravellerPass and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.
General Terms
TravellerPass may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies or outdated information on the platform. Content, branding, and materials are the property of TravellerPass and may not be used without permission.
TravellerPass reserves the right to cancel transactions, suspend accounts, or revoke benefits in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse.
TravellerPass shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including technical failures, third-party disruptions, or force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
By using TravellerPass, you acknowledge that services are subject to availability, payments are securely processed through third-party systems, and refunds and cancellations are governed by applicable conditions.
